Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy

Instant digital download. If a file you bought is faulty (it won’t open, is corrupted or is incomplete), tell us within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll send a working copy or refund you in full. Because you agree at checkout to immediate download, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Reporting a faulty file

Email [email protected] within 24 hours of your purchase, with:

• the order number from your Dodo Payments receipt, and the email address you used at checkout;
• which file is affected: the guide, the calculator, or which template (T01 to T12);
• what happens when you open it, and the device and app you used.

We reply within 2 working days. We’ll send a working copy or, if we can’t, arrange a full refund. Please don’t send papers about your sale: we don’t need them, and nobody reviews individual sales.

How refunds are paid

Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, pays refunds to the card or account you paid with, including the VAT. How long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or card provider. If a refund is due more than 30 days after purchase, when Dodo Payments can no longer process one, we pay it to you directly.

Your right to cancel

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day the contract is made, which is the day you buy.

The kit is digital content that isn’t supplied on a physical medium, so the Regulations let the download start within those 14 days only with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right to cancel once it starts. By completing checkout you accept the Dodo Payments Buyer Terms, which record your consent to immediate download and your acknowledgement that you lose the right to cancel once the download begins. So your right to cancel lasts until the download begins, and ends then.

How to cancel

To cancel, tell us of your decision by a clear statement: for example, an email to [email protected], or a letter to Vighnesh G Warrier, G1204, Sumadhura Eden Garden, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560067, India. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you don’t have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the cancellation period ends and before any download begins. Include your order number and the email address you used at checkout, so we can find the order.

What happens when you cancel

If you cancel, you get back all the payments received from you. The refund is made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we are told of your decision. It is made using the same means of payment you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you won’t pay any fee for it. Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, pays it.

Complete and send this form only if you want to cancel the contract. You can copy it into an email.

Based on the model cancellation form in Schedule 3 to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, with the trader’s details and the digital content filled in.

Change of mind after download

Once your download has begun you can’t cancel because you’ve changed your mind, and we don’t refund a change of mind. Before you buy, you can look at real sample pages, see which pages cover your situation under What’s going wrong?, and read who it’s for and who it isn’t for. If you’re unsure, email us first.

A duplicate or mistaken payment

An accidental duplicate purchase of the same kit is refunded in full.

Your statutory rights

This policy doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described; if it isn’t, you’re entitled to a repair or replacement or, if that isn’t possible or isn’t done within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, a price reduction up to a full refund. Those rights continue after the 24 hours in our own promise. Citizens Advice explains them.

Please contact us first, so we can put things right. The Dodo Payments Buyer Terms also ask you to contact Dodo Payments before raising a chargeback with your bank.
