Terms and Conditions of Sale
Effective from 5 October 2026.
These terms apply when you buy Save My Sale: House Sale Rescue Kit (England & Wales) (“the kit”) through this website. Please read them before you buy. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Who sells the kit
Save My Sale is a trading name of Vighnesh G Warrier, of G1204, Sumadhura Eden Garden, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560067, India, based in India. Email: [email protected]. In these terms “we” and “us” means Save My Sale.
Your payment is taken by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record for your purchase. Dodo Payments is the reseller that sells the kit to you: it takes your payment, charges and accounts for the VAT, sends your receipt and download links, and handles any refund it pays and any payment dispute. Your purchase is also covered by the Dodo Payments Buyer Terms, which you accept at checkout. The kit itself, and what these terms say about what it is and how you may use it, come from us.
2. What you’re buying
A digital download of 14 files, the same for every buyer: a 30-page A4 PDF guide with 297 fillable fields, a calculator workbook (.xlsx) with 5 tabs, and 12 editable Word templates (.docx). The edition is SM-SMS-2026-10, current as at October 2026. It covers residential sales and purchases in England and Wales. It does not cover Scotland or Northern Ireland, new-build purchases from developers, auctions, shared ownership or commercial property.
The kit is information, templates and a calculator only. No service comes with it: nobody reviews your documents, advises on your sale, contacts anyone for you, negotiates for you or acts for you. You’ll need a PDF reader that fills in forms, Word (or an app that opens .docx files) and Excel. The calculator uses only functions that Google Sheets also supports, and it can be imported there; the templates and calculator were built and checked in Word and Excel, and other apps may display them differently.
3. Price and VAT
The price is £19 incl. VAT, paid once and charged in pounds sterling. There is no subscription and nothing else to pay. VAT is included in the price, and checkout shows the same total, with the VAT part, before you pay.
4. Delivery
Straight after payment, Dodo Payments emails your receipt and download links to the address you give at checkout. Download all the files and keep a copy. If nothing arrives, check your spam or junk folder, then email us with the address you used, and we’ll help.
4a. How the contract is made
You order at Dodo Payments’ checkout, where you can check and correct your details before you pay. The contract is made in English. We don’t keep a separate copy of each contract: your receipt and these terms, which you can save or print, are your record.
5. Immediate download and cancelling
When you buy online you normally have 14 days to change your mind. For digital content that isn’t supplied on a physical medium, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 allow supply to start within those 14 days only if you give your express consent and acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel once it starts. By completing checkout you accept the Dodo Payments Buyer Terms, which record your consent to immediate download and your acknowledgement that you lose the right to cancel once the download begins. So you can cancel until the download begins, but not afterwards because you’ve changed your mind. How to cancel before then, and a model cancellation form, are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Our refund policy, word for word:
Instant digital download. If a file you bought is faulty (it won’t open, is corrupted or is incomplete), tell us within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll send a working copy or refund you in full. Because you agree at checkout to immediate download, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its purpose and as described. If it isn’t, you’re entitled to a repair or a replacement, and if that isn’t possible, or isn’t done within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, to a price reduction, which can be a full refund. If faulty digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content because we didn’t use reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair or compensation. These rights continue after the 24 hours in our own refund promise, and nothing in these terms limits them. Citizens Advice explains them.
7. The licence
You’re buying a licence to use the kit, not the copyright in it. What you may and may not do with the guide, the calculator and the templates is set out in the licence, which is the kit’s own licence page, word for word.
8. Information, not advice
The kit explains the process of buying and selling a home in England and Wales as official and consumer-body sources publish it. It is general information, not legal, financial, mortgage, tax or surveying advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. The calculator does arithmetic on the estimates you enter; its results are not predictions or recommendations. Nothing in the kit can make a buyer, seller, lender or professional do anything, and it doesn’t guarantee that any sale will proceed. You decide what to send and what to sign, and you should take advice from your solicitor or licensed conveyancer before exchanging, withdrawing or relying on any agreement. Not affiliated with HM Land Registry, HMRC, MHCLG or any government body. See the disclaimer.
9. Editions
You get the edition on sale on the day you buy. Rules, fees, time limits and published figures change, and later editions may be published. They’re sold separately and aren’t included in this purchase.
10. Our responsibility to you
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We aren’t responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable, for what a buyer, seller, agent, lender, conveyancer or anyone else decides, or for what happens after you send a message or sign a contract. The kit is for personal use; if you use it for a business, we have no liability to you for business losses.
We don’t exclude or limit our liability where the law doesn’t allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. If something goes wrong
Please email us first; we reply within 2 working days. For a question about the payment you can also contact Dodo Payments: its Buyer Terms ask you to contact it before raising a chargeback with your bank, and its page Why do I have a charge from Dodo Payments? explains the entry on your statement.
12. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in the UK, you can bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live, and you keep the protection of the consumer law that applies there.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the law or the kit changes. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones on this page on the day you buy; the effective date is at the top.
